For what purpose do we treat your personal data?
We process the information provided to us by interested persons in order to manage contact requests submitted through the web form. As well as managing electronic communications related to the services and products offered by DASPI ITALY S.L.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided through the contact form will be kept until the consultation made is answered and no later than six (6) months from the receipt of the query.

- Right of access: Right to obtain from the controller confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, in such case, right of access to your personal data. As well as:

- Right of deletion: Right to obtain from the controller the deletion of the personal data concerning him, which will be obliged to delete without undue delay the personal data when any of the following circumstances occur:

B. The data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based;
C. The data subject objects to the treat

However, a number of exceptions are regulated in which this right will not proceed. For example, when the right to freedom of expression and information must prevail.

The controller will stop processing the personal data, unless it proves overriding legitimate reasons for the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
- Right to limitation of processing: Right to obtain from the controller the limitation of the processing of the data when one of the following conditions is met:
a. The data subject challenges the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
B. The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data and requests instead the limitation of its use;
C. The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject needs them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims; and d. The d
ata subject has objected to the processing while checking whether the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.
